This extension was built to the side of the existing house with an internal connecting door. Particular attention was given to getting the correct brick match and continuing the detail.

The new extension had a floor area of 45 square meters which comprises of a bedroom, fully fitted wet room and living room with a kitchenette. Upvc double glazed window and doors were fitted and roof tiles were selected to match the main property.
